Our Commitment

We aim to deliver a great VIP experience while protecting the integrity of our service. Because VIP is a digital subscription that starts immediately, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–7 days: Full refund is available for any reason within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 days: No refunds, except for technical failures that prevented normal access to VIP or in case of fraud/billing error.
  • Goodwill limit: At most one discretionary (goodwill) refund per account lifetime. Prior abuse or repeated requests may be declined.
⚠️ Important: VIP benefits are immediately revoked when a refund is issued. We may adjust in‑game balances obtained through VIP‑only boosts or rewards if required to maintain fairness.

Non‑Refundable Situations

  • After 7 days: No refunds (except fraud/billing error or technical issues).
  • Repeated requests: Multiple refunds across the same account or household may be declined as abuse.
  • Account violations: Suspended/banned accounts are not eligible.
  • Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback may lead to permanent suspension of the account and loss of access to VIP.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to your subscription settings
  2. Click "Cancel VIP Subscription" button
  3. If eligible (within 7 days), your subscription will be canceled and refund processed automatically via Stripe
  4. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund
  5. Refund will appear in your payment method within 5-10 business days

Note: The cancellation and refund process is fully automated through Stripe for eligible subscriptions.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Legal Note (EU/FR)

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 7-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By clicking "Cancel VIP Subscription" within this period, your refund will be processed automatically. VIP is a digital service that begins immediately after purchase; by subscribing, you consent to immediate performance.

Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify active VIP members of any significant changes via email. Continued use of our VIP services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
